All exhibits to be delivered to the Pavilion between 8am
and 11am on Thursday 7th February. Judging to commence at 1pm.

Exhibits in this section must not have won a prize in any
previous Tenterfield Show, and must be the bona-fide work of the
exhibitor. ALL WORK TO BE SUITABLY FRAMED, with wire or cord attached for
hanging.

No entry will be eligible to compete in more than one
class.

Judges decision will be final. No correspondence will be
entered into.

Pictures sent from a distance should be properly packed to
prevent damage. All reasonable care will be taken of exhibits, but the
Committee takes no responsibility.

Paintings can be For Sale. Exhibitors must have their name
and address, and price, on the back of the exhibit, or marked Not For
Sale. The Show Society will retain a commission of 10% on sales. Price
will be displayed on front of works after judging. ABN or Hobbyist forms
to be presented with works For Sale.
Entry Fee $1.00 School students over 12- 50c, under 12 Free
A trophy donated by CWA Tenterfield Day Branch will be
awarded for
Best Work of Art plus Champion Ribbon.
