tins, no packet cake mixes, no rack marks on cakes.

two entries in class, must be from different mixtures.

All exhibits to be delivered to the
Pavilion between 7.30 am and 12 noon Thursday
7th February.
Judging will commence at 1pm.

All
exhibits to be presented on flat foil surface.

Fruit cakes
–
Fruit must be settled down into mixture and not protruding on top. Do not
use nuts, dried peel, dried apricots
–
use fresh grated peel. To avoid fruit shrinking allow fruit in liquid to
cool; mix with other ingredients then place in fridge for short period
before cooking.
